In the legal dispute over the estate of the late businessman Sunjay Kapur, Karisma Kapoor’s children, Samaira and Kiaan, through their lawyer have challenged the validity of a will presented by his widow Priya Sachdev, citing what they call “glaring blunders” that indicate forgery — examples include misspelling Kiaan’s name in multiple places, wrongly stating Samaira’s address (even using Karisma’s office address), and omitting key asset details such as jewellery and crypto holdings; the lawyer argued such mistakes are inconsistent with Sunjay’s careful nature, questioned why only one person stood to benefit, and insisted the will must have been fabricated to exclude his children, while the Delhi High Court continues to consider sealed-cover submissions and next hearing is due soon.
