OPPO Find X9 series with MediaTek Dimensity 9500 confirmed: What to expect

OPPO has confirmed its upcoming Find X9 series will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, in a global launch expected to begin in China on October 16, with India likely to follow. The lineup—which includes the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro—will also be the first to ship with ColorOS 16 based on Android 16. In terms of design and build, both models will feature large batteries—7,025 mAh for the regular X9, 7,500 mAh for the Pro—and improved cooling systems. OPPO is partnering with Hasselblad on the camera systems: the Pro is expected to get a 200 MP primary sensor plus 50 MP ultra-wide and 50 MP telephoto lenses, while the standard model might have three 50 MP rear sensors. Both phones are tipped to come with IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance.
