An Indian tech professional recently went viral after sharing a post on X (formerly Twitter) showing how he completed an online Coursera course on “AI Ethics, Responsibility, and Creativity” using Perplexity AI’s Comet browser. In his post, he praised the AI tool for helping him finish the course quickly and even tagged Aravind Srinivas, the billionaire CEO and co-founder of Perplexity AI, to thank him for creating such a powerful product. His reaction sparked a larger discussion online about responsible AI usage, academic integrity, and the importance of maintaining ethical boundaries when using technology for education.
