IPL 2025: Ranji history maker replaces injured Smaran Ravichandran at SRH

Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) have signed Vidarbha all-rounder Harsh Dubey as a replacement for the injured Smaran Ravichandran for the remainder of the IPL 2025 season. Dubey, 22, joins the SRH squad for ₹30 lakh.

In the 2024–25 Ranji Trophy season, Dubey made history by taking 69 wickets, setting a new record for the most wickets in a single edition of the tournament. His remarkable performance included seven five-wicket hauls and two 10-wicket hauls, contributing significantly to Vidarbha's title-winning campaign. Overall, Dubey has accumulated 127 wickets and 941 runs across various formats in domestic cricket.

Dubey's addition to the SRH squad aims to bolster the team's bowling attack as they continue their campaign in the IPL 2025 season.
