Dangal actor Zaira Wasim gets married, shares post with husband

Zaira Wasim, the former Bollywood actress best known for her roles in Dangal and Secret Superstar, announced her marriage in an intimate nikāh ceremony by sharing two photographs on social media on October 18, 2025. In the first image she is seen signing her marriage contract (nikāh nāma) with mehendi on her hands and wearing a statement emerald ring, while in the second she appears with her husband under the night sky, she wearing a deep-red dupatta and he in a cream sherwani. Her caption simply read “Qubool hai x3.”, echoing the traditional words spoken during a Muslim wedding. Zaira, who had stepped away from acting in 2019 citing religious reasons and kept a low profile since, received warm congratulations from fans and followers following this first major personal update in years.
